UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking appoints Luca Corsini as Global Co-Head of Global Transaction Banking

UniCredit today announces the appointment of Luca Corsini as Global Co-Head of Global Transaction Banking, alongside Jan Kupfer, effective from 1 August 2017. Mr Corsini will be based in Milan and will report to the Co-Heads of UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking, Gianfranco Bisagni and Olivier Khayat.

Mr Corsini was previously Head of Trade Finance at UniCredit and takes over the role from Claudio Camozzo, who will retire by the end of July after almost 40 years in the Group.

Mr Corsini joined UniCredit in 2016 from Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Trade Finance, EMEA from 2010 and before then responsible for Trade Finance in Italy from 2006.

Prior to this, he held different positions in trade finance at ABN Amro and Barclays and before that at Pirelli and Snam Progetti in Italy.
