Bank of America Merrill Lynch have announced three recent organisational changes to the Global Transaction Services (GTS) EMEA leadership team:

  • Jennifer Boussuge has been named Treasury Fulfillment, Service & Operations executive, Global Technology and Operations. She will re-locate to New York in the summer. Jennifer has done an outstanding job leading our GTS EMEA franchise for the past four years, and prior to that, as global head of GTS Sales. Her experience in serving clients positions her well for her new role.

  • Matthew Davies has been promoted to head of GTS EMEA. His most recent role as co-head of Product Management for GTS EMEA, together with his previous experience as head of Strategic Solution Delivery, head of Strategic Relationships and head of Corporate Sales for GTS EMEA, stand him in good stead for this regional leadership position.

  • Paul Taylor, head of Sales for GTS EMEA, is assuming expanded responsibility as head of Global Corporate Sales for GTS. This promotion is testament to Paul’s tremendous success in leading our EMEA sales team. His experience, knowledge and expertise make him an ideal leader of our global corporate sales offering. He will remain London-based.
