GLOBAL account management becomes more and more important due to an increasing internationalisation of customer business and the banking industry. Multinational customers (MNCs) wish their banks to support their internationally structured business and especially to manage their cash along international credit lines. European banks on the other hand are today already competing with each other in the whole European, if not the international market. There have been enormous improvements in banking IT systems in the past few years.
