Refining ENAP's Treasury Strategy

ENAP

ENAP, One of Chiles largest companies, sought a dynamic strategy to maintain its position as the countrys market leader in the refined products market to make further strategic alliances outside the country. This required the company to focus on its core business, to divest itself of non-strategic assets and to increase its competitiveness through cost efficiencies and operational excellence, This article describes the steps that ENAPS's Treasury took to implement this vison.
