Getting away to it all

Two industry events offer great opportunities to get away from day-to-day pressures and focus attention on the bigger picture: corporate treasurers will gather at EuroFinance’s annual International Treasury Management conference in Vienna this September. And in October, Swift will welcome corporates as well as banks at its annual gathering, Sibos, to be held this year in Boston. I always find that the debate amongst subject matter experts, the practical case studies and the informal exchange of ideas that takes place, all provide me with much food for thought back at my day job.
